Recognition with Behavior Tags

Recognize the specific behaviors that make great caregivers, not generic praise.

"Great job!"

"Took extra time with Mrs. Chen during her hardest day. That's what defines you."

Going Extra Mile

Generic recognition doesn't shape culture.

"Great job" is forgettable. So is "thank you for everything." Praise without specificity doesn't tell a caregiver what behavior to repeat. It doesn't tell their peers what good looks like either.

Communities that name the behavior (Compassion, Teamwork, Going the Extra Mile) turn each recognition into a teachable moment.

How it works.

When a manager recognizes a caregiver, they tag the moment with a behavior drawn from a tag set you define. Compassion, Reliability, Patience: whatever your community lives by.

The caregiver sees the tag with the recognition. So does everyone else, on the community feed. The behavior gets named, and the praise stays on the record.

What changes for you.

Caregivers learn what their managers are watching for, in the language their managers use. Managers stop reaching for the same word. The community develops a shared vocabulary for the work that matters.

Recognition stops being noise. It becomes a steady signal about what your culture actually is.
